Big Fuzz
A Classic Big Fuzz Pedal
Got a question about this product? Ask us!
The SonicTone Big Fuzz pedal is a classic fuzz pedal that recreates the fuzz tones from the late 60s, 70s and even early 90s - when the circuit had a resurgence in popularity due to the "wall-of-fuzz" sounds used in 90s music. Depending on your tastes and settings, it works equally well over clean tones and distorted tones - for rhythm or cutting leads. If you're looking for that really thick fuzz tone, look no further than this pedal.
What's the difference in models?
There are 4 different models of the Big Fuzz available. The first 3 models use popular variations of the classic 4-transistor circuit. The fourth "OpAmp" model uses the opamp circuit instead of transistors.

- Ram's Head: Tighter and more compressed, with a little more overall control (early 70s)
- Russian: Smoother with more low end and a touch less gain; an even and creamy fuzz tone (early 90s)
- OpAmp: Bright, aggressive and focused (late 70s)
